Mr. Oxman is an experienced attorney and investor who practiced litigation at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he specialized in antitrust law, securities law and white collar defense. While at Dewey, Mr. Oxman successfully represented various multibillion dollar corporations in complex matters, including arbitrations, class action litigations, and state, federal, and international government investigations.
Mr. Oxman received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and an Masters in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
